UPPER VILLAGE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF BRECKENRIDGE, COLORADO

Welcome to the UVHOA owner's web site. The purpose of this site is to improve our communications with our membership. Our goal is to provide our membership with current, easy access to all that is happening within the UVHOA.

On the site navigation bar you will see buttons that will give you immediate access to archived meeting minutes, archived financial statements and general information. The archived data will begin with the 2002 year end financial statements and the February 1st. 2003 Annual meeting and preliminary board meeting minutes. From this point forward all meeting minutes and year to date financials will be archived and available for review by all members.

The General Information/Updates section of the site will offer information regarding; meeting dates, operational issues, remodel discussions, progress with the interpretation and/or revisions in the Declarations and Bylaws, communications and related information from our sub-committees, changes in dues structure, etc.

You will also note at the bottom of each page of this site CONTACT INFORMATION. You can email any of the UVHOA Board members or the Management Company with your questions or comments. The UVHOA welcomes your input and participation!
